President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, speaking at the Summit "Central Asia — Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Gulf", noted the huge role of the cultural and humanitarian sphere.

"Based on this, we propose to form a new platform of interaction in the field of culture, namely, "Cultural Dialogue" of Central Asia and the Gulf Cooperation Council," the Head of state emphasized.

Also, according to the Turkmen leader, ecology is one of the key issues on the global development agenda.

"Therefore, we propose to consider the establishment of the Environmental Council of the Central Asian States and the Gulf Cooperation Council," President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
