As part of the opening of educational institutions in the city of Arkadag, a ceremony of awarding international certificates of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev was held.

To the applause of the audience, the President of the Eurasian Equestrian Association (EEA), Marina Sechina, presented the rector of the university with an EEA Honourary Certificate for the establishment in Turkmenistan of the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding, which is the first international academy in the region that trains highly qualified specialists in horse breeding and equestrian sports.

The new higher education institution was also awarded the Asian Equestrian Federation (AEF) Certificate of «International Academy with the best opportunities and advantages in the preparation of highly qualified equestrian specialists in the region», Ahmad Nuh Al-Thani, Secretary General of the Qatar Equestrian Federation and the Federation of Modern Games, solemnly presented it to the rector of the university.
