Turkmen kickboxing masters successfully performs at the competitions in Tallinn

National team won 14 medals where nine gold, three silver and two bronze medals. Shohrat Halliyev, who become the best in full-contact discipline in 67 kilograms weight category, won one of the victories. In 2013, he was the bronze prize-winner of the IV Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Korean Incheon. Now, Shohrat is one of the main pretenders to National Turkmenistan team for participation in the V Asian Games, which would be held in Ashgabat Olympic Village in next September. Nurmuhammet Atabayev, Shameret Halliyev, Pygy Silabov, Nariman Aydogsiyev, Muhammet Altybayev, Shohrat Yagmyrov, Azamat Jumakuliyev and Shohrat Pirimanov, who performed in full-contact and K-1 (the variety of Japanese kickboxing) disciplines, are other winners of international competition in Tallinn. Merdan Mamedov, Gochmyrat Jumaniyazov and Seyitmuhammet Chariyev won silver medals. Charygylych Tagangylyjov and Begjan Annagylyjov took the bronze. Head Coach of National Team, Honoured Coach of Turkmenistan Alexander Snagovskiy told that the team would train hardly in the remaining time until the Asian Games. Number of international training camps on the base of leading kickboxing schools are planned during the next year.
