Your Excellency,

I express my sincere gratitude for your visit to Berlin at the head of the Turkmen delegation and active participation in the round table "Joint formation of the strategic future – strengthening economic cooperation between Central Asia and Germany" on September 29, 2023!

It was a great honor for me to welcome you and the Turkmen delegation to Berlin after our meeting in Ashgabat. German business circles are very interested in strategic partnership with Turkmenistan in the context of our focus on the diversification of economic relations.

With this invitation, Germany and first of all, of course, Chancellor Scholz once again emphasized the existing potential of bilateral relations, as well as between regions, i.e. between the European Union and Central Asia. A lot can be achieved together! I am particularly pleased that our German Eastern Business Association was able to support this format.

We are convinced that within the framework of this Committee we will be able to promote specific joint projects in the areas that were noted during the meeting in Berlin, especially in agriculture.

Taking this opportunity, I would also like to express my gratitude for the invitation to come to Ashgabat and the opportunity to participate in the grand and impressive celebrations on the occasion of the 32^nd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence on September 27, on which I would like to congratulate you once again.

Of course, constructive personal conversations with you and the President of Turkmenistan that took place in those days were particularly important.

We hope for further fruitful cooperation and look forward to holding the next joint business forum in Berlin.
