The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed sincere congratulations to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres on the occasion of his 75^th anniversary.
