As an experienced and skilled diplomat, you have done a great job educating young diplomatic personnel of our country and passing on your rich experience to them. Today, with your hard work, you are making a worthy contribution to the development of the country.

Our Homeland highly appreciated your conscientious and hard work of many years. You have been bestowed numerous state awards of the country, as well as the title of Hero of Turkmenistan.
