On December 12, 2024, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the head of the Vozrozhdenie Group of Design and Construction Companies Igor Bukato.

Expressing gratitude for the time devoted to the meeting and the warm welcome, I.Bukato congratulated the Head of State and all the Turkmen people on the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, and also addressed his best wishes to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Having thanked for the sincere congratulations on the occasion of Neutrality Day, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction the productivity of the established cooperation with the largest Russian company.

During the meeting, it was noted that Vozrozhdenie has been implementing very important projects in Turkmenistan for many years, having proven itself to be a reliable and valuable partner.

The head of state noted that a large-scale program for the development of urban infrastructure is currently being implemented in Ashgabat. The program covers a wide range of initiatives, including the construction of modern residential buildings, the development of transport infrastructure and the improvement of the environmental situation.

As part of this strategy, the network of cultural and educational institutions is also actively expanding.

Noting the focus of all these efforts on creating a city that combines the harmony of beauty, innovation and high quality of life, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized that Turkmenistan is open to partnership and is ready to develop cooperation with companies that have significant production potential, which certainly includes Vozrozhdenie.

Having highly appreciated the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed the readiness of the Turkmen side to consider specific proposals for its further development.

Having thanked for the trust and support, Igor Bukato confirmed the interest of the company he heads in continuing the productive partnership and in implementing new joint projects. I.Bukato emphasized that Vozrozhdenie will continue to make every effort to ensure high-quality and timely fulfillment of important assignments, making a worthy contribution to the economic development of Turkmenistan.
