President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prime Minister of Japan Ishibu Shigeru on the occasion of his birthday.

Noting that Turkmenistan highly values friendly relations with Japan, the head of state expressed firm confidence in the further development and strengthening of these relations for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
