Today, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for a working visit to the Balkan velayat.

The head of state was seen off by officials at the capital's International Airport.

After some time, the plane of the President of Turkmenistan landed at the International Airport of the city of Turkmenbashy.
