On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mihail Mishustin and all the people of the country on the occasion of Russia Day.

«Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the development of strategic relations with the Russian Federation», the President of Turkmenistan emphasised, expressing confidence that through joint efforts, the Turkmen-Russian partnership will continue to develop dynamically in various areas.

The head of state wished President Vladimir Putin and the Chairman of the Government Mihail Mishustin good health, happiness and success, and the friendly people of the Russian Federation well-being and prosperity.
