Having welcomed the distinguished guest and expressed gratitude for accepting the invitation to participate in the International Conference, the head of state emphasized the importance of the participation of the high delegation of the Kingdom of Eswatini in this important event, which is held once every decade.

Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome, the King of Eswatini noted the high organizational level of the Conference, emphasizing that Turkmenistan's hosting of such a representative Forum testifies to its high authority in the international arena. The distinguished guest, taking the opportunity, congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of Turkmenistan's unanimous election as Vice-Chairman of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Thanking for the kind words, the head of state noted that our country, based on the status of neutrality, which has been recognized three times by the United Nations, maintains friendly relations with all interested countries, paying special attention to relations with African states.

Having confirmed Turkmenistan’s readiness for active cooperation not only at the bilateral level, but also within the framework of authoritative international organizations, primarily the United Nations, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that there is great potential for developing cooperation between our countries in the trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other areas.

The parties expressed confidence that the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries will create a solid foundation for a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership that will contribute to the rapprochement of the peoples of the two countries, as well as the strengthening of peace and stability in the international arena.

At the end of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and King Mswati III of Eswatini exchanged best wishes.
