Today, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship Oguljahan Atabayeva visited Arkadag city, where she familiarised herself with the course of construction of the complex «Arkadag Medisina Klasteri», realised within the Government program «Saglyk» as well as design projects of stands, which will allow to present the activity of the medical cluster of Arkadag city and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship at the International exhibition-fair «Kids Expo: all for children».

In our country, according to the Government program «Saglyk», developed under the leadership of Hero-Arkadag, a great deal of work is carried out to protect health of citizens, popularise the healthy lifestyle and develop physical culture and sports. In this connection, protection of health of the mother and child, education of the physically strong and spiritually rich younger generation are one of the priorities of the state policy. Establishment of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship testifies to the fact that each child in our country is surrounded by care and attention. Similar humane activity originates from time immemorial and today proceeds according to noble traditions of ancestors.

The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship plays an important role in education of the healthy younger generation. The President of Turkmenistan gives particular attention to constant support of activity of the Foundation, promotion of traditions of humanism, justice and generosity as well as charitable work. In the new historical epoch, ancient noble traditions of Turkmen people find a bright reflexion in the humanistic policy of Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov informed Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship Oguljahan Atabayeva on the course of construction of the complex «Arkadag Medisina Klasteri» by means of draft designs.

As was marked, within construction of the second stage of the «smart» city, not only social projects, but manufacturing enterprises, which will make up a modern industrial complex are also conducted.

As was noted, with a view of designing and construction of the medical cluster according to the international standards in the new city on the instructions of National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag, the Turkmen delegation has visited a number of foreign countries with working trips to familiarise with the best practices in this area.

Within implementation of the Government program «Saglyk» in Arkadag city, creation of a large medical cluster with a raw-material basis, answering to high quality standards, including those in the field of ecology successfully proceeds. The cluster itself will consist of various specialised medical projects, which will supplement each other and will be interconnected.

The medical cluster created in Arkadag city is the complex innovative initiative aimed at conduction of scientific work in the field of development of medical products, medical technologies and the equipment, providing modern education in the field as well as use of the best world expertise in the sphere of public healthcare. The medical cluster of international level, which is created in Arkadag city, is aimed at manufacture of various medical products not only for home market, but also for export. Use of local raw materials will promote high quality and ecological compatibility of production and the further strengthening of the economic power of Turkmenistan.

In the beginning of the current year - the International year of peace and trust - President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on construction of the first stage medical cluster in Arkadag city. According to the document, the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan at the President of Turkmenistan was authorised to conclude contracts with local and foreign enterprises on designing and construction of corresponding buildings and facilities as well as accomplishment of adjoining territories. At present, large local and foreign companies work in this area.

The Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Foundation pointed out the importance of introduction of advanced world experience in the new medical cluster as well as in all establishments of Arkadag city that will allow to provide trouble-free work and to maintain ecological well-being.

Then, Vice President of the Foundation Oguljahan Atabayeva familiarised herself with new types of production planned to be manufactured there.

Within the concept of creation of the industrial complex of medical cluster in Arkadag city, the enterprise «Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment», which produces various kinds of daily demanded medical products corresponding to the international quality standards: wadded sticks, disposable nonwoven masks, caps, blankets, shoe covers and others, was established. The enterprise will also manufacture various kinds of baby food.

The production of the medical cluster has the international registration, and the special certificate of the World Intellectual Property Organization confirmed the manufacture trademark. The enterprise «Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment» was also awarded the certificate of conformity of quality of the State system of certification of Turkmenistan.

In connection with the growth of scope of manufacture, an assortment of production of the enterprise constantly extends. The production passes strict quality assurance, porridges for children are enriched with various vitamins. The enterprise aims at manufacture of the vitamin complex necessary for healthy development of children. The new product will become another positive outcome of the large-scale reforms on import replacement.

Vice President of the Foundation Oguljahan Atabayeva underlined the importance of high quality of production, which has a special significance for growth of children healthy and strong.

Then, the proposals connected with the presentation of activity of the medical cluster of Arkadag city and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship at the International exhibition-fair «Kids Expo: all for children», which will be held in the capital on August 21-23 of the current year, were submitted. At the exhibition-fair, the exhibition stand of the medical cluster of Arkadag city as well as special video clips familiarizing with the activity of the Foundation will be presented.

In this regard, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Foundation underlined that stands of the medical cluster and Charity Foundation should reflect specialization of their activity, including its results, for happy life of children, and upcoming events planned during the exhibition-fair should evoke due interest in children.

Vice President of the Foundation Oguljahan Atabayeva noted that thanks to worthy continuation of far-sighted undertakings of Hero-Arkadag on maintenance of happy life of the growing generation, its inclusion in creativity, training of well-educated healthy children with a broad outlook, large scale programs are implemented successfully in the country in the given sphere. It was underlined that the happy life of the younger generation of our independent neutral fatherland should find reflexion in performances of the children's group of the creative centre "Jahan" at the exhibition-fair.

As the Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charity Foundation marked, the national motto «Healthy Mother - Healthy Child», which highlights the scope of work carried out in the country to improve health of mothers, displays itself in practice.
