Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of the Minister of Agriculture Ch. Chetiyev and khyakims of velayats, at which the course of work in the agro-industrial complex and in regions of the country were considered.

Khyakim of Akhal velayat T.Nurmyradov who reported on paces of ongoing seasonal agricultural activities in the region, was the first to take the floor.

As he informed, these days, the wheat fields are applied with mineral fertilizers and vegetative irrigation according to agro-technical standards.

At the same time, proper measures are implemented with a view of the well-organised conduction of cotton sowing in target dates.

At the same time, in the agricultural fields of the region sown with potatoes, fruits and vegetables, corresponding work is carried out to ensure due care of crops.

In the velayat, conclusion of contracts with producers of cocoons proceeds, necessary steps are taken to maintain tenants with silkworm eggs.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects, the commissioning of which is planned the current year according to programs of social and economic development of the country.

Having heard the report, the head of the state pointed out the significance of qualitative conduction of current seasonal agricultural activities, in particular, cotton sowing and as well as care of wheat, fruit and vegetable crops in agro-technical terms and instructed the khyakim to hold these issues under strict control.

The President of Turkmenistan instructed to ensure proper fulfilment of civil work at different construction sites, which according to programs of social and economic development of the country are planned to open in the velayat this year.

Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat Kh. Ashyrmyradov reported on the course of agricultural actions in the region.

As he informed, at present, in the fields sown with wheat, top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out.

At the same time, in the velayat, cotton sowing proceeds and necessary measures are taken to complete this responsible campaign in target dates.

In the fields sown with potatoes, fruits and vegetables, according to agro-technical standards, proper activities are carried out to ensure the best care of crops.

Within the preparation for season of production of cocoons in the velayat, contracts with producers are concluded. At present, preparation of premises for cultivation of silkworm proceeds.

The khyakim also reported on the course of construction of different projects planned to open this year within the national rural redevelopment program.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan marked that strict observance of agro-technical standards in agricultural production is one of the basic conditions to obtain high yields. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the khyakim to provide appropriate control over conducted seasonal work in agricultural fields of the velayat, in particular, over the cotton sowing, care of wheat and other crops.

Besides it, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised the significance of successful fulfilment of the goals outlined in programs of social and economic development of the country and instructed to hold realisation of the works planned for current year in the region in the centre of attention.

Then, khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.

As he informed, at present, in the wheat fields of the velayat, top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out.

With the blessing of the President of Turkmenistan, the region has started the sowing of cotton, which is carried out taking into account agro-technical standards.

At the same time, in the velayat, the sowing of potato, fruits and vegetables proceeds.

Along with it, corresponding preparation is carried out to ensure well-organised and qualitative conduction of the season of cocoon production.

The khyakim also reported on the paces of construction of buildings and facilities planned to commission in the region in the current year.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted that it is necessary to take all measures for the well-organised conduction of seasonal activities developed these days in agriculture of the country, in particular, cotton sowing within agro-technical terms and gave the khyakim a number of concrete instructions. The head of the state also instructed him to ensure a strict control over observance of agro-technical standards to provide proper care of wheat and other agricultural crops.

In addition, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the khyakim to keep issues of quality and terms of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects, the opening of which is planned in the velayat the current year within the realisation of programs of social and economic development of the country, under proper control.

Then, khyakim of Lebap velayat D.Genjiyev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural work in the region.

He informed that in the wheat fields of the velayat, top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out.

With the blessing of the head of the state, the region has started the cotton sowing and necessary measures are taken for its well-organised conduction.

At the same time, in the fields of the velayat sown with potatoes and onions, due work is carried out according to agro-technical standards.

With a view of successful fulfilment of the goals put by the President of Turkmenistan to develop silkworm breeding and to increase volumes of output of cocoons, in the velayat, contracts with tenants were concluded and premises for keeping silkworm are completely prepared. At present, due work is carried out to distribute silkworm eggs among tenants.

He reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects in the velayat, the commissioning of which is planned the current year within the national rural redevelopment program.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that observance of agro-technical standards at all stages of agricultural production - from sowing to care, along with the obtaining of rich crop, promotes the rational use of land and water resources and sustainable development of the sector. In that connection, the head of the state instructed the khyakim to hold paces of cotton sowing campaign and care of wheat and other crops under strict control.

Besides it, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to provide appropriate fulfilment and completion of construction activities within established terms at the sites planned to open in the velayat in this year.

Then, khyakim of Mary velayat D.Annaberdiyev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.

As it was informed, today, in the fields sown with wheat top dressing by mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out.

With the blessing of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in the velayat, the cotton sowing was given a well-organized start and necessary steps are taken to carry out this responsible campaign at proper level.

At the same time, due care is taken of spring potato, vegetable and gourd crops according to requirements of agro-technical standards.

Within the preparation for the season of manufacture of cocoons, proper measures are taken to conclude contracts with manufacturers, their maintenance with silkworm eggs and preparation of points of reception.

The khyakim also reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects in the region, planned to commission the current year.

Having heard the report, the President of the country pointed out the necessity of adoption of complex measures to ensure appropriate conduction of agro-technical actions in agricultural fields of the velayat, in particular, cotton sowing, care of wheat and spring crops and gave the khyakim corresponding instructions.

The head of the state also instructed him to carry out control over the quality and terms of construction of the objects planned to open this year within the realisation of programs of social and economic development of our fatherland.

Then, Minister of Agriculture Ch. Chetiyev reported on paces of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.

As he informed, at present, grain-growers provide due care of wheat according to agro-technical standards.

With the blessing of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and participation of respectable elders in our fatherland, the cotton sowing was given a start and necessary measures are taken for its completion within established agro-technical terms and achievement of high indicators. The special attention is given to issues of effective involvement of agricultural machinery in sowing.

Along with it, velayats of the country provide proper care of potato, vegetables and gourds and other food crops.

Besides it, with a view of successful realisation of the established plan for manufacture of cocoons and maintenance of profile enterprises with raw materials, today, the work on conclusion of contracts with manufacturers is at the final stage. Due measures are taken to prepare silkworm eggs and premises for the season.

Summing up the report, the head of the state drew attention to an important role of the agro-industrial sector in national economy and in that regard, instructed the minister to take corresponding measures for successful realisation of the goals put before the branch with a view to obtain high yields of agricultural crops in our native fatherland.

Then, addressing participants of the working meeting, the head of Turkmenistan once again underlined the importance of current agricultural works and instructed to ensure completion of cotton sowing within agro-technical terms, appropriate care of wheat, vegetables and gourds and well-organised preparation for the season of manufacture of silkworm cocoons.
