Speaking in Ruhiyet Palace, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov outlined priorities of national economy and defined the steps for making of the country a leading industrially developed state. Natural deposits of the country will be used for provision of prosperous life of the citizens, - the Head of the State said. Deep processing of hydrocarbon resources based on modern technologies and production of high quality items, which are on large demand in the world, as gasoline, polypropylene, polyethylene and liquefied gas will be carried out. Turkmenistan will continue close cooperation with neighbouring countries and other states in fuel and energy field. The President of the State highlighted the importance of construction of TAPI gas main, which would bring the warms and light to the houses of neighbouring people along with attraction of large benefits to the country. It was also mentioned that Turkmenistan has rich reserves of not only hydrocarbon deposits. The subsoil of the country has ore deposits of almost all metals of periodic table. Favourable geopolitical location, availability of automobile and railroad network give opportunities for development, production and processing of these deposits. We will widely implement economic mechanisms of increase of export volumes of competitive high quality goods to foreign markets and increase production of import substitutive goods and continue the work for establishment of electronic industry, - the Head of the State said. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also spoke on the development of electric energy sphere, commissioning of new power stations, increase of export of energy and stimulation of solar and wind energy use. Support and development of entrepreneurship and market relations in different spheres of the economy was outlined by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov as one of the main objectives.
