In connection with formation of the new structure of the government President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov considered the issues of personnel and made appointments. By Ukases of the head of state the following were appointed: Agamyradov Purli Nurmammedovich - Minister of Education; Annanepesov Nurmuhammet Kakabaevich - Minister of Health and Medical Industry; Komekov Toyly Babaevich - Chairman of the State Committee for Sports. Orazmuhammedova Gulshat Tachmyradovna - Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan (released from the post of deputy khyakim of Ashgabat city for education, culture, public health services and sports). Besides, Hanmyradov Gurtniyaz Nuryevich was dismissed from the post of rector of Turkmen state university named after Magtymguly for serious shortcomings. To the head of the given high school Orazdurdyeva Bayramgul Motyevna who held up to that moment, the post of the deputy minister of education of Turkmenistan for the higher and secondary professional educational institutions, was appointed. Gylyjov Chary Bayramovich was appointed chairman of the Higher Control Chamber of Turkmenistan.
