On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and France Francois Hollande addressed congratulatory message to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which reads: “During his visit to Ashgabat on April 28th, 1994, Francois Mitterrand paid tribute to the role of Turkmenistan in the peaceful resolution of conflicts and crisis situations. He also assured the readiness of France to cooperate with Turkmenistan in all fields. A quarter of a century later, I am pleased to note the constant development of relations between our countries. Due to Your active personal support, many projects of Turkmen-French partnership have become realizable. I assure you that France will continue to strengthen our bilateral relations.”
