In Mary in Rukhyet Palace of Mary velayat there was a ceremony honoring the cultural figures, art masters, intellectuals and educational workers, awarded state awards and honorary titles in accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov. According to the Decree of the Head of the State a number of citizens of the country were conferred cash prizes of the President of Turkmenistan. Among the participants of the ceremony, gathered in this festive day under the arches of the hall of Rukhyet Palace there were members of the government, heads of the Mejlis, the country's culture sphere, social organizations, velayat administration and the city of Mary, intellectuals, elders and the student youth. In the festive atmosphere was read out the Presidential decree on conferring state awards and conferring honorary titles, as well as the Decree on awarding money prizes. Poets and prose writers, stage managers and actors, singers, musicians and composers, journalists, managers of creative groups, professionals working in this field, people who are retired, went on the stage, expressing the Leader of the nation heartfelt gratitude for the appreciation of their work, the creation all conditions for the full creative process in the country.
