President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in relation with explosion on subway line Sennaya Square – Technological Institute caused numerous human casualties and injuries. On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan and personally, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed the words of deep sympathy and support in this hard moment to the families and friends of the victims and well as wishes of the speedy recovery of the injured.
