The Memorandum on developing cooperation between parliamentarians of Turkmenistan and Russia signed

The Memorandum of Mutual Understanding on the further development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the delegations of the deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was signed in Avaza. The ceremony of signing the document took place within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia headed by Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who arrived in Turkmenistan on the invitation of the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. Vladimir Zhirinovsky delivered a speech during the sports congress “2017 Asian Games: international cooperation in the name of peace and development” and was received by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
