Minsk will host the eighth meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Belarusian Commission

Minsk will host the eighth meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Belarusian Commission for economic cooperation. Today, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov appointed the commission on the Turkmen part by his Resolution. The head of state noted that the Republic of Belarus is one of the long-standing and reliable partners of Turkmenistan, fruitful cooperation in this sphere is based on mutual interest and established traditions. An actual example of productive interaction is the implementation of large-scale joint project for the construction of the Garlyk mining and processing plant for the extraction of potash fertilizers in Lebap velayat.
