“I am happy to send congratulation message to Your Excellence, the government and people of Turkmenistan on occasion of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our states, - the message of President of the Republic of India Pranab Mukherjee says. Stating with delight the sustainable progress of versatile Indian – Turkmen dialog and highly appreciating common success reached in all spheres, we aims for further consolidation of beneficial partnership. I am confident that cooperation between India and Turkmenistan will enter new high levels for the sake of two nations as well as for their further prosperity and development.
