Boxer Arslanbek Achilov in the weight category up to 81 kg fought with representative of the team of Cote d’Ivoire A. Kone in Baku. The bout was the shortest fight in the present Games. I had lasted only two minutes, during which the opponent was knocked down twice. The fight was stopped because of the obvious advantage of our athlete. Now participant in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 A. Achilov has reached the semifinal to be held on May 17, where he will fight with a boxer of Turkey. Another two Turkmen boxers Yakub Meredov (up to 56 kg) and Horsant Imankuliev (up to 60 kg) will also compete for the final that day.
