President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov left for a working trip to the Balkan velayat, where the meeting of the Turkmen leader with his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev was scheduled. From the Turkmenbashi international airport, where the head of the state was met by officials, the nation's leader went to the Avaza National Tourist Zone. Here the recurrent working day of the country’s head, as usual, began with a physical workout and sports exercises. Having arrived in the multifaceted sports complex ""Avaza"", where excellent conditions for training and competitions were created, the President of Turkmenistan, along with his colleagues, were divided into teams and organized a volleyball match. Systematic training contributes to the development of self-discipline, educates in a person such important qualities as diligence, willpower and purposefulness. Therefore, even during his visits to foreign countries, working trips to the country's velayats, as well as being on vacation, the Turkmen leader combines important state affairs with sports. So it was today, when the head of the state held training in the Avaza sports complex, after which he made a bike tour around the sea resort, during which he paid special attention to the importance of considerate attitude to the environment and the maintenance of a favorable ecological situation. After all, the main thrust of the Avaza resort is health, which is due to the unique climatic conditions of the coastal region, the presence of healing mineral resources here. Soon there a season of mass vacations will come, therefore it is necessary to provide all conditions for a good rest for people, their interesting, useful leisure, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov noted. In this context, it is also advisable to actively use the most environmentally friendly mode of transport - bicycles, bike routes, etc.
