The event dedicated to 25 years of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and People’s Republic of China was organized by the Embassy of our country with the support of the Ministries of Culture of Turkmenistan and China as well as Peking Oil University. The concert hall of the leading university of Chinese capital gathered heads and personnel of diplomatic missions accredited in the PRC, representatives of large Chinese corporations and their families, scientific and artistic personnel as well as Turkmen students studying in Peking universities. The concert was forestalled by vivid video presentation about V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games and integrated work for establishment of Turkmenistan as world’s sports state. After, Turkmen pop celebrities Annaguly Myratdurdiyev, Atajan Berdiyev, Eldar Ahmedov with ensemble under Atamurat Nuriyev performed for the public. The programme of the concert included folk tunes, works of Turkmen and world musical classics composers. Heartfelt performance and artistic energy of the artists charged the audience making them sing and dance together with the performers. Long-lasting applause and excited emotions were the best award to the concert programme. Interstate relations of Turkmenistan and China are based on traditions of friendship and understanding. Such cultural events are to promote the expansion of cultural dialog, spiritual closing of two fraternal nations and consolidation of cooperation in humanitarian sphere.
