In Beijing, in the building of the Trade Mission at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China, a presentation and opening of a thematic exhibition timed to a 100-day countdown was held prior to the opening of the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat. The forum, organized by the Embassy of our country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, was attended by the heads and staff of foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the PRC, leaders of public organizations and Chinese companies, media representatives and Turkmen students studying in Beijing universities. The organizers of the exhibition paid special attention to the products of Turkmen textile workers, who prepared new models of clothes for recreation and sports for the summer season. A separate stand exhibited samples of suits developed by national designers with the emblems of the forthcoming the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat in 2017. The attention of the guests was also attracted by the achievements of Turkmen entrepreneurs in the field of carpet weaving, traditional crafts, decorative and applied arts, in the production of national souvenirs, including the symbols of the upcoming Games. Particular interest has provoked the works of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, translated into Chinese, other publications that tell about the present day of the country. The works of national classical and modern literature were also presented.
