The President of the Republic of Finland, Sauli Niinistö in his letter congratulated President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. As noted in the message, the relations of the states have great potential, which Finland wants to develop. The aim is to further strengthen bilateral friendly ties.
