President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed members of the government, heads of the Mejlis, ministries and departments as well as regional administrations to proceed with the formation of the State Budget for the upcoming year. The Head of State gave corresponding instructions at the expanded meeting of the government following the results of the first half of 2017. According to the President, the main financial document of the country for 2018 should ensure a further increase in the social and welfare level of the people. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that the draft state budget must provide the funds for the construction of housing in each etrap and city for those who need it.
