Meetings on the subjects set by the Head of the State at the Government session of Turkmenistan dedicated to the outcomes of seven months of the year were held in relevant organizations and department. It was noted at the session of financial and economic sector, where the leaders of branch ministries and departments took part, that implementation of large-scale reforms, investment projects and use of modern technologies would support the provision of high growth rates of Turkmen economy, foreign trade and incomes. The importance of employment of young specialists received education in foreign countries universities was highlighted. Specialist of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Ministry of Economy and Development mentioned that the work for creation of new occupancies would be continued. During the session on the issues of future development of fuel and energy complex, the attention of the participants were focused on diversification of the routes of Turkmen energy carriers to the world’s markets and discovery of new deposits of hydrocarbon materials. The participants discussed utmost measures for fulfilment of directives and assignments of the President of the country on efficient work of the state concerns, increase of construction rates of natural gas processing plants and TAPI gas line. The agenda of the session with participation of the heads of profile departments and structures of agricultural complex included the issues of implementation of integrated reforms. Particularly, introduction of advanced agricultural technologies, increase of cattle, sheep and poultry livestock, construction of hothouse, modern processing enterprises, attraction of private sector enterprises to agricultural sector were discussed along with the objectives elated to seasonal agricultural works. Organizational issues of the Day of Turkmen melon, which is to be observed on August 17 this year, 30 days before the start of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, were reviewed during the meeting. Programme of the utmost tasks set for the ministries and departments of transport and communication, industrial and construction sectors was discussed at the sessions of the heads of these departments. It was highlighted that issues of comprehensive development of Ashgabat, further improvement of urban infrastructure, formation of comfort social and recreation environment, introduction of innovations are always in the centre of attention of the President of Turkmenistan. Modernization of road and transport system is an important component of this programme. In this context, it was noted that today, these criteria are in the basis of the programme of social and economic development of all regions. The objectives of high-level service rendered to the guests arriving to Turkmen capital for participation in Asian Games were discussed during the session of the heads of transport complex. The agenda of the meeting with participation of the leaders of profile departments and structures of trade complex and entrepreneurship included the subjects of fulfilment of departmental plans. There are increase of production volumes of exported goods, intensification of foreign economic contacts with all interested foreign partners. Accumulation of industrial production and the infrastructure for manufacturing of competitive goods, making of food abundance in the country are among the main objectives of Turkmen business community. Efficient use of equipment and facilities base with involvement of national artificial satellite and popularization of historical and cultural heritage were outlined among important objectives during the session dedicated to the work of cultural sphere and mass media. The speakers spoke for the improvement of work for preparation of qualified specialists and consolidation of international humanitarian cooperation. The importance of covering of preparation of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games by mass media and organization of cultural events during the Games was highlighted during the meeting. Summary of the analysis of the situation and outline of the key areas of further work were made during the session on solution of the assignments set by the President of Turkmenistan to the scientific, education, health care and sports spheres. The currency of comprehensive measures for provision of high level of V Asian Games and successful performance of our sportsmen were highlighted. The issues of improvement of professionalism and competency of leaders and personnel, training of high-class specialists, who are to provide the efficiency of the reforms of national economy, were discussed.
