By the decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Serdarmammet Garadjayev was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi city). Prior to this appointment, S.Garadjayev served as Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Mashhad city). By the decree of the Head of the state, he was given the diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
