President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a horse ride, during which at the request of Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdylyev, he inspected the projects of facilities and drawing of their location planned to be built in the southern part of the capital. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took a ride at the foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains from where marvellous landscapes opens this autumn. Recently, this area has unrecognizably changed – large forests pleasing the eye by fresh greens and creating both favourable microclimate and good conditions for rest recreation of the citizens of the capital have grown there. At the site, the Head of the State was met by Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdyliyev and by the representative of the French building company «Buig Batiman», an old partner of Turkmenistan. Projects of different facilities planned to be built in the south of the capital where new living estates and administration complexes are currently under construction have been presented to the President. There is a building of original design among planned facilities for international conferences, meetings and forums. Drawings of design features of the facility, details of architectural decoration and planning of adjoining territory have been presented along with the pictures of the building appearance. Among the planned objects - an original design of building for international level of conferences, negotiations and meetings. Together with images of its external shape, drawings showing planning to feature of structure, a detail of an architectural decor and accomplishment of adjoining territory were presented. Drawings of design features of the facility, details of architectural decoration and planning of adjoining territory have been presented along with the pictures of the building appearance. Having studied the projects in details, the President of Turkmenistan gave instructions for location of the buildings, their decoration in accordance with national architecture as well as using of advanced modern practice in engineering solutions. Having noted the necessity of provision of buildings with top modern technical aids, the Head of the State also gave number of instructions related to new congress centre. Having made some remarks on presented projects and corrections, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that local natural landscape and architectural surrounding have to be take into consideration during construction of the facilities in this part of the city. The Head of the State noted that it is necessary to include creation of green zones and parks during planning of large constructions in the city. Favourable ecological condition of the capital remains one of the main requirements for its further development and planning. Having studied in details the layout of new constructions, the President of Turkmenistan specified the places for construction of the facilities, having demanded all of them to be equipped according to the designation in accordance with international standards and to meet high world’s criteria from architectural point of view. Special emphasis was put on compliance to seismic safety requirements. The Head of the State also made some instructions on other construction works in the capital, having requested the administration to hold under control the quality and the timeline. Special instructions were given on planting works on systematic base and care of floristic appearance of the capital. At the end of the horse ride, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov summed up the conversation and again outlined topical objectives in urban construction programme of Ashgabat that is to bring Turkmen capital to the rank of the most beautiful and comfort cities of the world.
