On March 6, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov as usual left for work in the early morning. On his way, he visited a medical center, where his mother Ogulabat Berdymuhamedova was undergoing a course of recreation therapy. The attending doctors informed the leader of nation that the state of health of Ogulabat eje was stably satisfactory. Then, the head of state visited the construction site of the Neurological and Training Research Centers of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, located in Chandybil Avenue, to familiarize with their construction course. Having acquainted with the state of affairs at the site, the President of Turkmenistan instructed Vice-Premiers S. Toilyev, Sh. Durdylyev, Minister of Health and Medical Industry N. Amannepesov and khyakim of Ashgabat city R. Nurmammedov along with medical centers to pay attention to the creation of park zones. In connection with the widespread occurrence of diseases caused by diabetes in the modern world, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov commissioned Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan S. Toilyev and Minister of Health and Medical Industry N. Amannepesov to study the experience of the world’s leading countries in the early diagnosis and efficient treatment of this group of diseases, as well as modern methods of treatment for the disease, and to present a report on the work done at a meeting of the Government. The head of state assigned the Minister of Health and Medical Industry to pay a visit to one of the leading countries in the field of health care to study the experience of treating endocrine diseases. Taking into account the favorable ecological environment in this part of the Turkmen capital, the President of Turkmenistan also instructed Vice-Premier Sh. Durdylyev and Ashgabat city’s khyakim R. Nurmammedov to study the issues of building other health care facilities and relevant infrastructure there. In particular, the leader of nation commissioned the khyakim of Ashgabat city to construct a multilevel parking lot nearby new centers for convenience of visitors and medical staff, as well as a new road with the most modern lighting system.
