The President of Turkmenistan held a working video-selector meeting On 18 June, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov conducted a working meeting in the format of videoconferencing with participation of a number of Cabinet Deputies Chairman, Mary and Lebap velayats’ khyakims, and the managers of a number of structures. The Vice- Premier also reported on the pre-launching preparations of the cotton seed- cleaning enterprises in Sakarchaga etrap (Mary velayat) and Karabekaul etrap (Lebap velayat). Summarizing the report, the nation’s leader has noted that the country’s agriculture, like other sectors of the national economy, is sustainably developing. The reforms implemented in the agricultural sector produce positive results. Turkmen farmers grow rich harvests of grain, cotton and other crops, thus investing the country’s food abundance.
