On July14, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov made a working tour to Balkan velayat. At the International Airport of Ashgabat, the nation’s leader was seen off by senior officials. On arrival at the International Airport of Turkmenbashi city, the head of state was welcomed by the local government’s officials.
