President of Israel Reuven Rivlin congratulated President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov on the re-election as the President of Turkmenistan, expressing the wishes for health and success in all undertakings, as well as peace and prosperity for the people of Turkmenistan. In the message, the head of Israel expressed confidence that further activity of Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov as the President would contribute to development of the state and the welfare of its citizens, as well as further raising of Turkmenistan’s prestige in the international arena as the country pursuing the policy of neutrality for achieving global peace. Adoption of the Resolution on the International Day of Neutrality on the initiative of Turkmenistan is a historic event, approved by the world community, Reuven Rivlin stressed. The President of the State of Israel also noted that at present relations between Turkmenistan and Israel are developing in many areas, and there is great potential for further strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation.
