The livestock farms, subordinated to the Ministry of agriculture and water economy of Turkmenistan and the State Association of food industry, fulfilled the annual plan on fodder stocking.

Public Stock Company “Hyzmatdashlar”, being a member of Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, had been allocated with15-hectartes land plot in Serdar district of Balkan province with the purpose of construction of the sugar mill with annual capacity of 120 thousand tonnes.

The construction rates of Garlyk potash mining and processing complex in Koytendag district of Lebap province have been accelerated due to mobilizing additional forces of local companies and increase of labor resources. The project procures essential construction materials from domestic market. The required number of construction machinery is involved.

The delegation of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union of Turkmenistan had paid a working visit to Kazan - the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation made an air trip on board of the newly launched flight of “Turkmenhowayollary” - Ashgabat-Kazan.

Businessmen from Afghanistan purchased gasoline and diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Moreover, businessmen from Russia, Turkey, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia among others concluded transactions for wheat, colored and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn, cotton fibre to the total amount of more than USD 9.808 million.

Since the beginning of January, the Lebap Velayat gas processing specialists have produced more than 130,000 tons of liquefied gas and 100,000 tons of hydrocarbon condensate – the strategic products, which are in great demand in the world market.
