In order to regulate the work of state vocational educational institutions and ensure high quality vocational education, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Education", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Regulations "On State Vocational and Technical Educational Institutions", "On the State secondary vocational educational institutions”, “On the State higher professional educational institutions”.
In order to protect the environment in the epoch of might and happiness, to further increase the efficiency of work carried out in the context of preventing climate change, improve the socio-economic and environmental situation in the region of Turkmenistan in the Aral Sea zone, minimize the negative impact of the Aral Sea, as well as fulfill the tasks arising from the Resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly "Cooperation between the United Nations and the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the National Programme of Turkmenistan for the Aral Sea for 2021-2025 and the action plan for its implementation.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R. Meredov, is sent on a working trip to Tehran (the Islamic Republic of Iran) on October 26-28, 2021 to participate in the work of the next 16th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation, as well as political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In order to hold "Türkmeniň Altyn asyry" contest on occasion of the 31st anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, to select the most talented workers of arts who glorify the prosperity and progress of our country, glorious history, national heritage in highly artistic works, cultural values, traditions and customs of our people, its noble qualities such as patriotism, unity, conscientiousness, humanism, as well as those who make a great contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution “On the announcement of a competition among figures of culture and art, amateur young singers and gifted children for the award of the President of Turkmenistan "Türkmeniň Altyn asyry".
In order to successfully implement reforms in the agricultural sector of the country in the epoch of might and happiness, increase the efficiency of agricultural producers in cultivating high yields, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to conclude contracts with relevant foreign companies for the purchase of spare parts, wheels, lubricating oils and consumables for arable and row-crop tractors, as well as for cotton harvesters.
President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh on the election of Jumaev Seidi Ashyrgeldievich as the Deputy Chairman of the Halk Maslahhaty of Milli Gengesh Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms.
