Our independent neutral country with clear goals and great enthusiasm entered the year 2022 ongoing under the motto “People’s Epoch with Arkadag”, a new era of our sovereign state.

In order to discuss with representatives of the public the guidelines for socio-economic and cultural development of our Homeland in the new era for the next 30 years, as well as other important objectives related to the activity of the state and society, the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan issues a resolution:

1. To hold via a digital system an extraordinary meeting of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan on February 11, 2022 in the Maslakhat Palace of the city of Ashgabat, in the “Türkmeniň ak öýi” building in Akhal velayat, and in the Rukhyet Palaces in Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats.

2. The Halk Maslakhaty and the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, jointly with the ministries and sectoral departments, the khyakimliks of velayats and the city of Ashgabat, are instructed to carry out and coordinate preparatory work for holding a meeting specified in paragraph one of this Resolution at a high organizational level.
