Today, in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the UN Secretary General's Special Representative, Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Natalia German, who is taking part in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of the Central Asian region.

Today at the coast of the Caspian Sea, in Avaza national tourist zone, under the chairmanship of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the third Consultative meeting of heads of the Central Asian states is held. The Congress centre "Avaza" became a venue for the high level Forum, for participation in which President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kirghiz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived in our country.

Today in Avaza national tourist zone the next meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek committee for trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation took place.

Today in Avaza national tourist zone the meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kirghiz committee for trade and economic, scientific and technical and humanitarian cooperation in which heads of the leading ministries and departments of two friendly states participated, took place.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the Balkan velayat on a working visit to participate in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States, which will be held in the Avaza National Tourist Zone on August 6.

At the invitation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on August, 4-5, 2021 the state visit of President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Turkmenistan took place.
