In order to successfully implement the project on the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline section, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree authorizing the State Concern ""Türkmengaz"" to conclude the contract with the company ""Serba Dinamik Sdn.Bhd"" (Malaysia) for the purchase of various materials and equipment, supply and installation of telemechanics and control systems, ""SCADA"" communications as well as a set of equipment for the gas metering station.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the ""Türkmenergo"" State Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy will conclude contracts:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Caspian Sea Institute to hold a meeting with the representatives of the Caspian littoral states, 2020 to discuss the draft ""Protocol on cooperation in combating illegal fishing (poaching) of biological resources of the Caspian Sea"" in Ashgabat on February 3-5.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and the Caspian Sea Institute to hold a meeting with the representatives of the Caspian states to discuss the draft Agreement between the Governments of the Caspian states on cooperation in the field of scientific research in the Caspian Sea in Ashgabat on February 6-7, 2020.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the resolution, authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Activities:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Strategy for improvement of work of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange for 2020-2025 and its implementation plan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Education to establish a self-supporting Innovation and Information Centre in accordance with the established procedure.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing:

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held session of the State Security Council where measures for improvement of activity of military and law enforcement agencies, modernization of their equipment and facility base, priority objectives of these structures in 2020 have been discussed. New composition of the State Security Council has also been approved and personnel and number of other issues have been reviewed.

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Lieutenant Colonel Nurmyrat Kovusov was released from the position as the Vice-Rector for combat training and educational work and is appointed as the Rector of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.
