The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Academy of sciences together with ministries and departments to provide scientific and research works in priority directions of science and technologies starting from 2020 as well as to develop the plans and to present it for approval to relative Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on establishment of interdepartmental commission for provision of efficiency of scientific studies in Turkmenistan, having approved its compositions and Provision.

For modernization of scientific studies, improvement of financing of scientific conferences, scientific trips, scientific and innovative inventions as well as joint international scientific projects from non-budgetary accounts, sponsors and other sources, which are not forbidden by the legislation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the resolution, having assigned to establish the Fund of Science Development of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan and approved the Provision of the Fund.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Finances and Economics to allocate 35,000,000 manats from 2019 State budget of Turkmenistan to the Academy of Sciences.

For arrangement of proper activity of the Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the structure of this Institute.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the session dedicated to the Day of Science at the Academy of Sciences. Opening the meeting with participation of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, deputies of the Mejlis, heads of ministries and departments, administrations of Ashgabat and velayats, public organizations, universities, mass media as well as scientists and professors, the Head of the State congratulated the participants and entire scientific community on the celebration.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned to rename the Institute of Municipality Services of Turkmenistan to the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communication of Turkmenistan, and approved the structure of the above-mentioned Institute.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection and the State Water Management Committee. Issues of social and economic development of the country as well as subjects of agricultural complex and seasonal works at the fields have been reviewed at the meeting.
