President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on Pardoning of Convicted Citizens on Occasion of the International Neutrality Day, according to which 796 citizens of the country are released from further custodial sentence.

According to the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Minister of Motor Transport O. Sukhanov is seconded to Herat, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on December 12 – 13, 2018 for participation in the ceremony of the first dispatch of cargo caravan according to the Agreement on Transit and Transport Cooperation.

Following the habit to spend some time doing morning physical exercise, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his associates did some gymnastics in the capital Olympic village. On his way to the gym, the Head of the State inspected the course of construction of new facilities nest to the National Institute of Sports and Tourism.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on working visit for Russian Federation for the participation in informal meeting of the heads of the CIS countries. Turkmen leader has been seen off by the officials in Ashgabat International Airport.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov who is currently on working visit went to B. Yeltsin Library where the session of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council chaired by President of Russian Federation took place with the participation of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronboy Jeenbekov as well as President of Moldova Igor Dodon as the Head of observer country at the Eurasian Economic Council.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on working visit to Russian Federation for participation in informal meeting of the heads of the CIS countries. Turkmen leader was seen off by the officials in Ashgabat International Airport.

I trust that this forum will play an important role in the extensive research of the history of the Road and become an effective platform to define its present and future development, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov states in his Address.

By the Resolution of the President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Ahmet Hojatov, Police Lieutenant Colonel, who previously occupied the post of the Police Department Head of Mary Velayat, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Interior.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the outcomes of branches of national economy for 11 months of the year. Reports of relative leader have been presented , assessment of the activity of certain ministries and departments have been made and other subjects of the state life have been reviewed during the session.

Giving assessment to the country’s development for 11 months of the year at the session of the Government on December 4, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted key directions of home policy of the state as well as focused on priority objectives to be solved next year.
