President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov has extended his deep condolences to President of the United States of America Donald Trump on numerous human losses, injuries and widespread devastation, caused by Hurricane Harvey in the state of Texas.

Turkmenistan comprehensively supports our southern neighbour Afghanistan to have a peace and stability. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is confident that at the same time, it is only political and diplomatic, trade, economic and humanitarian mechanisms that can be applied. The course of solution of all issues is to be reviewed during coming 7th Conference of Regional Economic Cooperation for Afghanistan in Ashgabat.

Under the visit to Ashgabat, Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgy Kvirikashvili visited the Mejlis of Turkmenistan where he met Chairperson of National Parliament Akja Nurberdiyeva.

Ashgabat hosted a meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Turkmen-Georgian Commission for economic cooperation. The meeting was participated by heads and leading specialists of sectoral ministries and departments of two countries.
