In his speech at the OEC Summit in Islamabad, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, speaking about the large-scale regional projects initiated by Turkmenistan, noted that the engineering of energy and transport-transit corridors within the Organization for Economic Co-operation stimulates the implementation of other infrastructure projects. In particular, it was noted the possibility to lay new electrical systems and other utilities by the side of the pipelines erected.

Formation of modern transport and communication system is one of the priority directions of Turkmenistan state policy, said President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov at the ECO summit in Islamabad.
