The solemn ceremony brought together the heads of velayat and etrap Khyakimliks, the departmental structures of the system of education, Mejlis deputies, the elders, specialists of the sphere of education, the representatives of public organisations and mass media as well as local citizens.

Scientific and practical conference “The Constitution of Turkmenistan: New Historical Age and National Practice of Development” will be held in the Centre of Non-Governmental Organizations and timed to coming Constitution Day and the State Flag Day.

For this purpose, the subjects of organization of cultural and entertainment events and various sport competitions are solved. The commission composed of the representatives of the Ministry of education and other departments made inspection of children recreation centres in Gyokdere. All conditions for opening of summer season and the first arrival of children were made in 14 centres of Gyokdere, 8 centres of Avaza and 5 new and three existing velayat centres.

Standard 4-storey buildings were designed based on constructive solutions of laying of foundation, roof and walls. Modern insulating materials were used for the finishing. Every house has modern comfortable conditions for the tenants.

On the occasion of the upcoming 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war of 1941-1945, the capital’s Mekan Palace hosted a ceremony to honor war veterans and widows of fallen warriors and present money, valuable gifts and bouquets of spring flowers from the President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
