President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent the cable of congratulations to Armen Sarkisyan in relation to his election as the President of the Republic of Armenia. Having noted in his message that Turkmenistan highly appreciates the relations with the Republic of Armenia, which are based on the principles of equal rights, mutual benefit, trust and respect, the Head of the State expressed the confidence that high level of cooperation and understanding between two friendly countries would serve as firm solid foundation of steadfast development and consolidation of Turkmen – Armenian relations for the sake of the people of both countries. The President of Turkmenistan wished the Head of Armenia strong health, prosperity and great success on high government post for the sake of peace, progress and wealth of friendly Armenian nation.
