In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, for the improper performance of duties, loosening of control of the order and discipline in the services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Mulikov Isgender Handurdyevich was severely reprimanded.
