The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution having assigned to establish the State Committee on organized grain harvesting in 2018 and to approve its composition for rapid picking of grown crops, unstoppable transportation of the harvest to warehouses and grain elevators and timely payment settlements with the grain growers. The Document also assigns: The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management to organize proper technical service of harvesters on sites and to provide their productive and unstoppable work during harvest period; The Ministry of Automobile Transport based on the contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management to provide timely transportation of gathered harvest from the fields to reception facilities, warehouses and grain elevators as well as unstoppable and efficient work of vehicles. According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management is allowed using the vehicles of other ministries and departments as well as private vehicles on contractual base during transportation of the wheat to reception facilities, warehouses and grain elevators.
