The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On moving a day off on the occasion of International Women’s Day”, according to which the day off is moved from March 8, 2015 to March 9, 2015. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Municipal Economy of Turkmenistan to make a contract with the private enterprise - “Aga gurluşyk” for designing and constructing (neighborhoods improvement inclusive) a 2,000-seat complex of buildings and facilities of the Institute of Municipal Services of Turkmenistan (tooled with modern equipment) in Abadan etrap of Ashgabat city. The project implementation terms are March 2015 - August 2017. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the “Turkmenobahyzmat” State Association to make contracts with foreign companies for purchasing: chemicals to be used for growing wheat crops (2015 harvest) and planting cotton crops, as well as for locust control; spare parts, wheels, lubricating oils and expendable materials for grain and paddy combines, tractor-cultivators. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree that prescribes, in 2015, in honor of International Women’s Day holiday, in the solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, to present money gifts (40 manats) to: the women working in enterprises, agencies and organizations irrespective of the type of ownership; the women drawing pensions and state allowances; the women studying in the postgraduate, doctorate and residency full-time training courses; the two-year cadet students of the State Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan; woman students, schoolgirls and girl-pupils of the pre-school institutions.
