In order to effectively use the opportunities of the international transport and transit corridors, increase the competitiveness of the transport complex, increase the volume of transit cargo, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the founders to participate in the open joint-stock company “Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan” with a share in the charter capital: The Ministry of Railway Transport - 35%, the Ministry of Road Transport - 10%, the Ministry of Communications - 5%, the ""Türkmenhowaýollary"" Service - 5%, the State Service of Sea and River Transport - 10%, and the State Insurance Organization - 5%. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan is instructed to ensure the state registration of the open joint-stock company “Transport and Logistics Centre of Turkmenistan” in accordance with the established procedure.
