On behalf of people and the Government of the country as well as personally, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent the cable of deep condolences to Secretary General of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyễn Phú Trọngin regards to untimely death of President of Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang. The Head of the State noted in his message that Tran Dai Quang was an outstandign politician and government official who made great contribution to wealth and prosperity of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and its people. The President of Turkmenistan conveyed the words of deep sympathy and support in this hard moment to the family and relatives of the deceased as well as to friendly Vietnamese nation.
